We import many of our wines directly from Burgundy, Jura, Northern Rhône, and Northern Italy. Our wines can be found in America's finest restaurants and wine shops and are available for purchase on our website at pwmwine.com.
PWM ships all wine directly from our San Francisco warehouse to adults 21 years of age or older in states where direct to consumer sales are legal. Your shipment will require an adult signature with proof of age and identity upon delivery and FedEx will not release shipments of alcohol without this signature. Unfortunately, packages are returned to us because an adult is unavailable to accept delivery, even after three attempts. Consider shipping to your office so that an adult will be available to sign on your behalf or ask us to have your package be held at your local FedEx center for pick-up.
We do not ship during weather periods of extreme heat or cold. We are happy to store your purchased wines in our temperature controlled warehouse, free of charge, consolidating all of your orders to ship together when cooler weather permits, primarily in the Spring and Fall. Wine shipped against our recommendation cannot be guaranteed, so please, don't take any chances.

Will-call is available for our local customers. Please give us 24 hours notice to have your wine ready for pick-up and to confirm our office hours. Same Day Delivery is available within San Francisco for a flat $15.00 charge. Email beth@pwmwine.com or call 415.525.3826.
Free storage is available through out the year for shipping consolidation or during periods of extreme heat or cold. We will make every reasonable attempt to coordinate storage, shipping and/or pick-up within your schedule.
Wines left with us over 365 days will be returned to inventory.
