Jesse began his wine career as a clerk in a wine shop in Lincoln, Nebraska and later at K&L Wine Merchants in San Francisco. His training has included three harvests: Miner Family Winery (Napa Valley) in 2001; Maison Camille Giroud (Burgundy) in 2004; and Alphonse Mellot (Sancerre) in 2008. Jesse has worked as a sommelier at some of America's top restaurants including NoMI at the Park Hyatt-Chicago, Frasca Food & Wine in Boulder, Colorado and The Boiler Room Restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska. ![]() Beth Becker holds her Advanced Certification from London's Wine & Spirits Education Trust and is a co-owner of Périphérique Wine Merchants. Beth has worked as a wine distributor for Synergy Fine Wines of Denver, Colorado and for internet wine retailer JJ Buckley Fine Wines in Oakland, California. Her training includes working a harvest for Alphonse Mellot in 2001 (Sancerre). Beth has traveled extensively throughout Europe's wine growing regions and has a passion for the wines of Chablis, Savoie and the Alpine regions of Italy. |
